Right. So I have this fic. It's a kinky fic.
I was going to show, in flashbacks, how these characters got started with their kink dynamic. But the thing is, that's proving to be difficult, and I think my writing on the non-flashback scenes are stronger. I'm starting to wonder if it'll be better to let the scenes taking place in the present speak for themselves, and cut the backstory down to a minimum. But I wonder if maybe this is taking the easy way out.
Why can't I just write easygoing porn for a change?
