This afternoon, when I was coming home from running errands, I somehow slammed my shoulder into the latch on the screen door. I didn't feel it much at the time, but now it's really tender to touch.

I won't be surprised if there's a bruise tomorrow.

It seems like I've been having bad luck when it comes to my back and shoulders lately. It wasn't that long ago that I had a sore muscle in one of my shoulders.
