I'm a little anxious about the election. But mostly I'll just be glad when today is over.

I voted at 10:30 which seemed like a good time. Not too many people. I'm hoping it picked up more in the evening when people got off work (or earlier in the morning, before work), though.

This election has been a bigger deal, in terms of campaigning, than I ever remember. There are campaign signs everywhere. I've gotten so many things in the mail. And I've gotten calls from campaign people very day.

Even today, when I got home from voting and running errands, there were four voicemails from people reminding me to vote! And I saw a guy with a clipboard walking down my street.

I thought it would end at six when voting ended, but now I'm getting calls asking if I voted or not. Oy. I guess they want to get an idea of how many people voted, though, which is understandable.

I don't truly mind all of this because I do believe the election is important. And I'm glad to see people caring about it.

Oh, and I got a thing in the mail today from a political organization that seems to be under the impression that I'm Asian-American. I'm not, so that's a little unusual.

Ugh, I'm nervous about this election, though. It's too close for comfort. And I'm nervous since Romney is currently in the lead (most votes aren't in yet, though...).
