I've had a busy week, and will be busy for the next couple weeks until the semester ends. But here's where I am right now when it comes to fandom:

- I'm watching Doctor Who, but to be honest, I haven't been that enthused by it. I did enjoy the most recent episode, "Hide," a fair amount. I thought the premise was interesting and suitably creepy. That said...parts felt rushed/underdeveloped, and it wasn't quite enough to bring up my enthusiasm for the season as a whole. I'm sure I'll watch through the end of the season, though.

- I've started watching Vikings.

- In fact, I decided to create a Vikings comm, as I couldn't find a dedicated fic comm on LJ and figured, 'Why not? What could it hurt?'

vikingsfic. I'm not sure what will come of it. The reception on Tumblr seems positive, and the comm has eight or nine members so far, which isn't bad! I hope some people post, though.

- Yesterday, I learned that

whitecollar_bb is going again, and I decided to go ahead and take the plunge. I wouldn't have signed up if I didn't already have my future!fic in the planning. With luck, the big bang will be a good excuse to actually write it.

- I'm also doing

wcpairings. I'm starting to do some planning for that.
