I can't believe we're really almost at the end. I'm using the closest thing to a sad Neal icon that I have....

- I figured the cliffhanger was going to be resolved with it turning out that Woodford didn't actually suspect Neal at all. But I still enjoy the irony of Neal being the one person Woodford thinks can't be the mole. And Neal saying that the one thing he'll never be is a rat (what have you been doing for the last few years, Neal?).

- I'd forgotten that Neal wasn't present when Peter and the team figured out what the Panthers were after.

- LOL at Peter doing background checks on doctors. I think Peter's default response to any stressful life situation is to treat it like a case (he did surveillance on El while he worked up the nerve to ask her out, remember?).

- LOL, a tiny anklet.

- Peter looks oddly suspicious that Neal has switched from soy milk to half-and-half for his coffee. Has Neal been faking lactose intolerance?

- Theo likes gardening shows. Heh. To be fair, there are much, much more annoying things a baby could be into.

- Woodford thinks friendships within gangs are dangerous. More dangerous than feuds?

- "What's mine is yours." I have to say, I enjoy Peter referring to Neal as his.

- Keller is so slimy. Though to be fair, he's sort of right about Neal making sure things go south for everyone but himself. I wonder if Keller knows Neal's sentence was nearly commuted for "rescuing" the artwork that Keller took the blame for stealing.

- "Good anklets make good partners." Peter is going to miss the anklet so much....

- "This has been more fun than a prison sentence has any right to be." I think Neal is right about that.

- Peter totally has control anxiety. Having a baby is going to do a number on him, poor guy.

- I don't really get why Mozzie is so insistent on being introduced to the Panthers. Does he just want to be involved, or does he really want the Panthers to know about his talents? I mean, he does realize that the end goal of this operation is sending the Panthers to prison, right? Any reputation he builds with them isn't going to mean anything. I can understand Mozzie wanting to be more directly involved, though, to have Neal's back.

- I have to say, I don't fully get how they're going to manipulate the algorithm.

- Aw, I love Neal kissing Mozzie's head.

- Hmm, what's Neal up to? We haven't seen this woman he's meeting before, have we?

- Uh-oh, Neal's in trouble with Peter.

- I think Mozzie doth protest too much. He's totally bonded with Peter.

- Yes, Neal, Peter can totally tell what you're doing when you answer questions with questions.

- "I show you mine, you show me yours." That sounds sexier than it is....

- Heh, Peter is drunk. How is he getting home?

- Neal looks really good in that uniform....

- LOL! I love Mozzie taking over the yoga class.

- I was really nervous seeing Neal square off against the Panthers. Good thing he's good at talking his way out of difficult situations. It was still tense, though.

- It's kind of nice to see a little more of the other Panthers. We've been asked to take it on faith that these guys are the best, but they're sort of generic characters. This episode didn't go very far in rectifying that, but at least we have some names and know about some of their skills.

- Poor Peter and his pre-sonogram jitters. Also, I'm way more curious than I should be about the potato chips he's eating. They're designed to look like Lays, but obviously aren't. I thought the package said Let's, so I did a google search, and lo and behold, apparently Let's potato chips are a common prop! I even found the company that makes them. Maybe I'm the only person who finds this even remotely interesting....

- Woodford always seems pissed-off to me.

- With all the emphasis on Elizabeth's sonogram and Peter's nervousness, I spent this whole episode nervous that something dramatic and scary would happen to Peter, like him getting shot on his way to the sonogram or something.

- No! I actually feel bad for Luc. I kind of liked him, even though he was kind of naive and over-confident in his control over Keller.

- Wow, that shooting was pretty graphic for WC.

- Aw, I feel for Peter and Elizabeth here. The dramatic cliffhanger I was expecting didn't happen, but this is still a pretty sad turn of events. I feel for Peter, because the sonogram was such a big deal to him. But Elizabeth's unhappiness is understandable. Peter didn't even call? I wonder where this conflict is going to go. I definitely don't think it's over yet....

- We've had a few hints that Neal has a secret agenda that he's not sharing with Peter or Mozzie, but it hasn't really been emphasized much. That makes me suspect that there's going to be some sort of bombshell in the finale. I'm getting nervous!

- Neal's decision to bring Peter in makes sense. It helps keep Peter near the action. Though, I suspect that there's going to be some conflict when Mozzie inevitably finds out.

- I can't believe next week is the finale! I'm not ready!

"I don't really get why Mozzie is so insistent on being introduced to the Panthers. Does he just want to be involved, or does he really want the Panthers to know about his talents?"

When it comes to the PP, I think Mozzie's insecurities are overriding his common sense. He feels left out & even though he knows it is an FBI operation, he still sees it as an opportunity for them to have that Mythical big score. He sees The PP are the "Dream Team of Conmen" instead of as the dangerous thugs that Neal says they are. He trusts Neal more then anyone in the world & he does want to have Neal's back but I also think he has a fear that if he is not there Neal will abandon him (just like his parents did).

I wonder if, by not introducing Mozz to the PP, Neal is in addition to keeping him out of harm's way, he is also keeping him away from temptation. Diana said about Neal that 1/2 billion dollars could lead anyone to temptation.

I love Peter being overly concerned about the baby and then being so devastated that he missed the sonogram. El was awesome as she told Peter that she wasn't going to be a married single mom. I believe that Peter will never miss another appointment ever again. He is going to be a great dad.

WC has had some dark moments but I don't think anything bad will happen with Peter/El & Baby.
