But I don't think I've ever seen a site that implemented so many (well-intentioned?) changes without fully thinking them through or paying attention to what people would want.
I mean, I can get behind anti-spam measures, at least to an extent. Especially optional ones. But wouldn't it be nice if we'd been told sooner that comments with non-whitelisted links get screened by default now? I mean, that could have cleared up a lot of confusion I've been witnessing on a few comms recently, for real. And apparently some comm maintainers aren't even able to access the screened comments. Oh, LJ...
