citrinesunsetThe other day, I decided I want to dye my hair either purple or bright red (think Magenta from Rocky Horror). It was something I really wanted to do when I was younger. I finally decided to have some bright red streaks put in my hair, but I was foiled when my stylist interpreted my request as "very subtle highlights" instead. But I figure I'm still young enough that I can get away with doing it now, and my hair is so short that it's not like I'd be stuck with it long-term even if I go with long-lasting dye.
The only thing is, I'm not sure my job would be cool with it. I don't know if there's a policy against unnatural hair colors, but there's a policy against visible tattoos, so it's quite possible. So I may have to wait a month or so until I leave to go back to school. Oh well.
