My nostalgia is showing

I decided to start off spring break by catching up on some on Hawaii Five-0 (and Vera, if you're reading this, I've finally seen episode 10!).

I still can't believe that Jenna is played by the same actor who played Alex Mack in The Secret World of Alex Mack. I just...can't stop thinking about that. That show was part of my childhood. I know Larisa Oleynik has done a ton of stuff since then (including, apparently, a recurring role on 3rd Rock From the Sun, which I never would have realized if I hadn't looked her up on IMDB), but it's still surreal for me. It's not often that I see actors from my childhood acting as adults, I guess.

Alex Mack was about this girl who got doused with chemicals and developed powers. Awesomely cracky in a "it was so cool when I was 10!" sort of way.

But yes, I love Jenna, too!
