In The Sims 2, I've always hated how when my sims have a lot of friends, the friends call them constantly. Especially in a multi-sim household where all the sims have their own friends. I've had households where the sims couldn't even make their own phone calls because the phone would always start ringing before they could. My solution: delete the telephone and then re-buy it whenever I wanted someone to be able to make a call.

I wish I could delete my phone right now. I've been getting a ton of political surveys and automated messages. Multiple times a day. Some of them I don't mind, because I do want to give the pollsters information about where the political support lies in my state. And I got a call today from Planned Parenthood, which I support. But there are so many calls! I'll be glad when the election is over.

Also, I have a hard time saying no when an organization I like asks me if they can add me to their list of supporters or call me in the future. I don't want to get a ton of calls, but I do want to support them!
